Likes

It was like you work in a fixed routine which was very boring for as a fresher employee but my support staff was very cooperative and supportive in every situation. On the other hand, it was a very good experience as a fresher for learning something out of the box in their field.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Growth opportunity was very low and you can not prove your self in this company if you work for a longer time.

Job security - Poor
Company culture - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Frankly, it was hectic as well as boring.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
