Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Cannot provide wfh when too much needed for me on that time. Also they did not pay the salary if I was injured and I have a proof of my injury. Time boundation is very strict for a seconds also. Every team lead, managers and HR are playing politics with their employees. No job security, If they have no any projects then they plan tolay off. Also they forced you to work on the weekends also if needed, but their is no need to work on weekends, then also they forced to work. Wish there would have been an option to give negative rating. All positive ratings are forceful rating by current employees. First they would tell you its 5 days working and then after joining you would come to know it's a 24*7 job. They will even call you continuously when any of your dear one is fighting for life. They expect you to be available in the office even at the middle of the night. You will be fined and can even get fired if you are not clean shaved on Wednesday. They have fired one of their employee for the same reason. The HR head proudly proclaims she is an atheist and don't even respect others view. They don't want to provide basic facilites to their employees. They keep their washrooms locked. So if you have to use it you will have to take permission from the management. They force their employees to work late. Someone who is leaving at time is a big criminal there.
