Location and their event on any big festival.

Dislikes

Cannot provide wfh when too much needed for me on that time. Also they did not pay the salary if I was injured and I have a proof of my injury. Time boundation is very strict for a seconds also. Every team lead, managers and HR are playing politics with their employees. No job security, If they have no any projects then they plan tolay off. Also they forced you to work on the weekends also if needed, but their is no need to work on weekends, then also they forced to work. Also incoming time in the office was strict but outgoing is not fixed, whether you are working 10 hrs or 12 hrs, they don't care about this....Read More

Wish there would have been an option to give negative rating. All positive ratings are forceful rating by current employees. First they would tell you its 5 days working and then after joining you would come to know it's a 24*7 job. They will even call you continuously when any of your dear one is fighting for life. They expect you to be available in the office even at the middle of the night. You will be fined and can even get fired if you are not clean shaved on Wednesday. They have fired one of their employee for the same reason. The HR head proudly proclaims she is an atheist and don't even respect others view. They don't want to provide basic facilites to their employees. They keep their washrooms locked. So if you have to use it you will have to take permission from the management. They force their employees to work late. Someone who is leaving at time is a big criminal there. They have fired one of their team lead because he was not pressurising his team to stay late....Read More

We first see Lord Ganesha every morning to start our day. We have adequate time to learn New technologyes in DEVtrust. If we stuck while coding then at time seniors support us.HR and other staffs also supportive. Office environment is also good here we get 2 days weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Salary always credit on time.
