It is a consultant for project called ERSP founded by JICA loan in Nepal for Education sector . I am working under it. We Provide a Design and supervision work for recently Re -constructed School over 6 district For your client Ministry of Education Nepal .

Dislikes

Working environment , work-life balance and of course appraisal.

supervision the work of 5 different schools at Gorkha district as a Package Resident Engineer . Each School have a Site Engineer too.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
