You get to have more responsibilities as they dont really have any seniors and the projects are not that great. People are extremely helpful, especially seniors. The bosses are cool.

Dislikes

The pay is extremely low even for architectural standards. The Hr is extremely rude & unprofessional with herself making inappropriate comments about people's appearances. This is one of the only offices i have seen where instead of the owners, the admin runs the company. There aren't any architectural projects, they have now becomemore of a PMC firm, also avoid going to this place if you wish to learn designing. The PMC department is also mismanaged alot with them no longer able to expand as they refuse to hire seniors. There is absolutely no growth in this company longer than 1 year.
