I worked under the founding team of Dentist on Wheels and the experience was mind blowing. I learnt a lot from Mr. Ishaant (Chief Operations Officer), he is very humble, patient and experienced person. He is open to new ideas and suggestions, so you will get a free hand to work. The salary was decent but bonuses are handsome if you work well. Job satisfaction is 1000%

None, as a startup they are doing great work. Sooner or later they will become a decacorn.

Wonderful working environment, they are doing a great job. It's a startup so you shouldn't expect much of a fancy office but yeah they provide a good salary and awesome bonuses. I started from a nominal package of Rs 3.0 L.P.A and within 2 years they raised my package to 14.5 L.P.A. plus 4 promotions. The management acknowledges employee's hard work.
