There is nothing much to like 1. No work life balance 2.for 9 am shift you must login at 8:45 3.worst management I have ever seen 4. If you have any issues,first we will go to hr but she will not act,but she will go and tell to the person that this person is telling like this 5. They will call you to work, even you are sick, 6. They will tell you to do ot,they will pay but if you are not willing to do ot then also you want to do 7. Internal politics is more 8<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No IJPS,no promotion, if you are an agent till you leave the company you will be a agent only 9</mark>. They will conduct functions only for managers not for agents 10. The increment will be based on favorites not for the worked employee 11. As increment they will give 2 to 5% hike 12. I really didn’t find the appraisal process helpful. It felt more like a formality than a genuine.

if you want to grow and move up the ladder then better stick to a team and keep working to improve yourself. if you keep moving from working under different manager within a year then chances are your promotion will be delayed.

Worst management, No SOP, No order in the process, no proper training, hiring employees even if they have 0 communication skills. Very less salary and appraisal is yearly - it is very low and the appraisal hike is effective after 3 pay -out months post appraisal Lots of politics and doesn't address the challenges faced in the process and just asks to focus on getting revenue. No consideration for suggestions to resolve the issues and alternative options for the blockers. If you have IT issues - the IT person asks you to restart your system and clear cache and cookies. But even when you are facing issue you cannot stay idle as they don't keep a downtime tracker or log and when login hours show less than the set hours its marked half day/LOP according to the no of hours.
