Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

There are many disadvantages working here : 1. They hire employees with very low salary. Its not even salary even a labour can earn better than you. 2. They expected you create the applications from you. 3. you'll work under tremendous pressure 4. they do fake promises. 5. They have no managment which i rather say they dont have management. 6. They dont have the Knowledge of Technology 7. they have a HR Nagma and she's very clever. Don't believe in her at any cost. 8. For any freshere i must say please to dont get job its ok but not to join this company you'll regret but your confidence will shattered here.
