Good work atmosphere and culture.Teammates are very supportive.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are Very Good ,they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The job is quit interesting,I struggled a lot in the beginning .I learnt everything on the job,I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a different roles within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
