Working here has been disappointing and frustrating. Let me tell you why: Long working hours they expect you work on Saturday and even on sundays. On every festival be it holi diwali christmas whateva…. The work culture lacks: Professionalism Support Equality Fairness Employee satisfaction And forget about work life balance. There is no room for growth, skill honing, you cant even express your thoughts here or raise your voice. And you wanna get leaves or work from homes or little liberty and be ready with a jar of butter because thats how things work here And dude! No appreciations for the work you do, no matter how many hours you put in or how much efforts u do. Just do one bad things and they will forget things u actually did to make the projects working. I am writing all this because this company has destroyed my mental health, and has affected my emotionally mentally and physically. A place where only FAVORITISM thrives this place completely ruined my first job experience. Its high time for the management to wake up and see how their people actually feels because at last its the people who make the organization work smoothly.
