Work pressure. Senior would say we appreciate any feedback and would give feedbacks to you too but if you try to give them a negative feedback they won't take it. Being in the telecalling department can't talk about the other depts but in telecalling they used to say that we don't expect you to convert but the truth is they do so if you can't do the sales work for them which would be an add on profile and free of cost then they wouldn't want to continue with you and without saying anything would ask you to stop working for them. And after that if you try to contact them they would be like "oh we are busy with some other projects, we'll let you know once we get back to this" and thus neglect the accountability to let you know the reason of not working with you....Read More
