Totally Fraud company. They don't give notice after resigning from the organization though I served 22 days after the resignation. Then they sent me a mail asking me to return the company's assets and according to them I followed. After returning company assets as requested, they claimed I absconded due to not serving the notice period. They have incorrectly updated my EPFO record with a wrong Date of Exit(DOE). Now HR rejects correcting the DOE and maintains that I absconded despite giving prior email exchange as proof....Read More

The world culture is toxic and in the product management team, Unley VP has joined who is very bad and he doesn’t even know how to work and he thinks his master of everything and moreover, this is like a service based company and they say like as if it is a product-based company, they don’t know how to work very toxic environment and also tells everyone to work. They don't give you notice period, i have worked for one of their client, and they didn't give me notice period nor the money what they mentioned on their policies, they do fraud. They didn't give my salary and eat my money and ignore the calls and mails.

Datamatics Global Services is a good company with good HR, management. With just 3 rounds of interviews (2 phone discussions,1 managerial face-2-face round) in one week,I was given the offer letter to work from client office at Honeywell Bangalore with immediate joining. Initially,the work was good. One person at the client side wasa good mentor with good temperament, communication, interpersonal skills. Daily after morning scrum meeting they took me to tea break where they served good tea prepared in-house. Lunch sessions were also accompanied by colleagues from client side. There was a disconnect between HR understanding of job role and what was anticipated by client manager. While HR told that it was a permanent job with client and would be made permanent after 1 year,client manager told it was a 3 months contract which was extended every 3 months until 1 yr was over. Afterwards instead of making it as permanent (as told by client HR), client manager hired someone junior from his state,college and made me resign with immediate effect.
