supportive teammates, salary and appraisal is good, very good for fresher

growth is a bit lower and you cannot show your skillsets outside the company.

I am a software engineer there. my work is a bit challenging. I get good appraisal and an incentives if I work overtime but for that need to sacrifice my personal life.

Datacapten technologies is basically a email marketing company mostly with US clients, you can make good incentives there, you don't need much technical knowledge to work here

Dislikes

Career growth and opportunities are very less here you don't learn any technology in this company

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
