I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

100% Job security. Beautiful working environment with lot of fun with employees and management. Very decent policies for all employees and gets good support from management when any employee in need. Staff cafeteria facility fantastic with hygiene food.

Dislikes

As my opinion the management should reduce the notice period from two months to One month for employees those who likes to resign. The rest of all benefits for employees are perfect.

Work Details

After working for International brand hotels abroad after joining this property I learned new things on the job related to operations and even I use to get L&D training every week.
