This company boasts the worst culture and work environment I've ever encountered, Surpassing even the Depths of imagination, The sales Head, The epitome of fake experience, Mr. Sushil Soni, thrives solely on politics, Caring little for Actual Employees and prefers mere laborers who mindlessly endure his non-sens rants on an hourly basis. He possesses zero market knowledge, Relying on references and recycled examples. Instead of addressing critical sales models and issues, he incessantly spews complaints about calls and lack of business. This incompetent individual, masquerading as a sales head, fails to innovate or devise new strategies, even dismissing our suggestions without consideration. Blame shifting is his modus operandi, Never accepting responsibility for his own inadequacies. Despite claiming 20 - years of experience, he remains stuck on a meager 45k salary, having been ousted from the company twice, returning out of sheer desperation without a shred of self-respect.
