I am working in this company from last 2 years, reporting to the Manager, internal atmosphere and culture is good. Salary increment is every year + 30 leave + 12 holidays + accidental insurance + flexi timing + alternate Saturday off.

Working from last 2 years, I learned lot of things like GST reconciliation, E Invoicing, Purchase bill entries, Payments, etc., reporting to the Manager. increasing salary every year, providing 30 days leave+ 12 holidays+ alternate Saturday off.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
