They gives chance to freshers, and because of the senior unhelpful nature some freshers explore the many things by itself which help them in their future, but some are stucked....

Dislikes

Seniors are not helpful, and they only focused on the quantity not the quality of work , doesn't want to create something new, just doing copy and paste continuously, creativeness level is minus

Office politics and Apart from the owner, there are some other top level employees who have very dirty thoughts and the company's leadership should not trust them too much. mr vikas jain is not like the position he holds in the company He's just a manager, he's okay, there's not much more to him That idiot does politics and does favoritism.
