Good work environment.Teammates are supportive and the management is good.Company policies are good,and they give good salaries.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our performance properly.There no growth based on my qualification.

The job is somewhat intresting.I didn't get any training about job,I struggled to gain more knowledge and I addressed my knowledge to them by giving my hardwork.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
