Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. Nothing very unprofessional company. Sheetal is a worst person in the company, Anindita Das is also a very rude person who has the nature of back strapping. She complained against me to the director to reject me. 98% of the ladies wear short frocks to attract the boss no formal dress code. Mr Rajesh Agarwal is also a dirty person who played dirty game against me.

Only dirty politics is over there. You wear short frock you will remain permanently in this company. No training was given.
