Dont go by its brand name. The company has over the last two years seen a trend of downfall in terms of culture , processes, quality of people employed and various other factors that one thinks of when looking at the evp of the organization. There have been many sudden exits some even overnight at a management level within the compan y for e.g. the CHRO, CRO , legal head ,President of their business verticals,SD Consulting. Many senior members in GR&RS vertical have been asked to leave silently. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> It's a hugely hierarchical company and job security is no more a concept one can be sure of</mark>. They have created a mogul empire culture where two heads are hired within a vertical and it's for them to fight it off and win the throne like a few business verticals. Poor quality members in the bargain are hired at senior level like Hr and so many other teams. Dont go by the one or two line reviews you see on Glassdoor , those are given by new comers who are asked to do so....Read More

No new things to learn or even grow into your own domain. Salary/benefits are average. You won't get appraisal as well as per your desire. Job security Culture depends on your team Flexibility to work. You have enough work but not necessary that you need to login at 11 and log off at 8. Half a day concept isn't there ..so if you take permission from your manager for half a day it isn't considered as a leave . But this is again based on your manager...Read More

They are very bad when it comes to annual hike Culture is bad in many teams Work hours might be extended even post 11 pm 2.No automation or tech - they ask us to learn and upskill and implement things. However, the company will give trainings or LinkedIn trainings and ask for result in automation from a non comp scien ce person in no time 3. I have seen people as associate for 9 plus years . After Few Years Nothing new to learn, it is same repetitive Tasks Salary is less than Market standards even after Appraaisal and promotion is also less If you do trading you have to take approval from compliance team before Trading in Shares and IPO etc
