Overall the work environment gives very positive vibes. Senior management is approachable and very caring. Client management and overall account handling could be better by engaging more with them. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after governance and reporting in MIS for my dept. Also working closely with the client helps in better understanding of the requirements.

I would say company is best. Until the management is good with employees. If the department management get change who doesn't know anything about the past efforts and achievements of the employees And behave harshly with the old employees. I think this is not fair. He must atleast try to know about the employees and get connected with them and must know for further changes and decisions. Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. But I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hat's and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
