You will find a manager Nilesh, his only job is to make you feel uncomfortable and cut your job. He will try to complain against all the management and higher manager even you get appreciation from clients

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
