I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

As a Pvt Ltd company, Sports, other social activities ( now discontinued)job security does not apply.rest things are under control by d management.

Dislikes

Frequently Meetings with unsatisfactory out put from it. Less scope n growth for experienced person. It's company bad luck which does not utilise knowledge of experience. Weak in overall planning, hence no time bound for work completion. So called manager maturity level.
