Although the salary at this company is low but even during the worst situation the payment is full and always on time. Once you get settled in your role the job is very secure and as long as you didn't commit any big mistakes their is a very less chance of you being fired. The work culture is a little rough here for the workers because I don't think the salary is justified for the workload.
