Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give evidence good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting!I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal traiming session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
