The training team is a team of knowledgeable people and all are very friendly. But even this team has draw backs.

There is lots of office politics. When joined they did give any proper orientation related to Process Coach. They have got worst hiring HR. They do not think about the person's profile and instead will hire to their preferences only even without looking at the experience of the person is having. If a person is getting any promotions here, they are not released to their newer posts. People who have cleared IJPs in the month of Feb 2023 have not got their new positions. They never listen or are never open to any new idea if given. They will simply hear and ignore out. They make people coming from outside Hyderabad as outstares and make them feel left-out in many occasions....Read More

Coming to dislike- I don't see that much politics when I worked in one team but when I moved to another team I faced a huge politics . When I decided to apply for IJP of posting which I waited but my current manager stopped me not only me my 2 more friends too. We were requesting till last date but she simply ignored us at the same time my previous manager is encouraging the coders to apply for it. Except her everybody supports me . Then later next IJP call came within a month and I applied because I fought for it and got selected in interview and I became a Process coach. So politics sometimes comes but we should be strong in our point unless it is wrong....Read More
