It's a toxic workplace surrounded by jealousy and greed. Senior leadership teams run their departments on their personal agenda and lot towards the company's goals or objectives. An old and weak HR team that strives by pleasing other departments' heads. Poor leadership skills, no proper framework or policies, elevated ego and not open to discussion, training department lacks innovation and runs classic and outdated methods and out of the box thinking is not supported. Lots of politics and gossips. The VP HR, AVP HR and AVP Training are bff so they never let any genuine concern move to higher authorities. Opportunities are many but can't explore due to stubborn leadership
A very passive work culture. A weak HR dept which is aligned on power play with the operations. Have a very unethical employee handling.
They forced me to sign a bond and when I was not willing they ask me to resign. They didn't raise my pay rather was very biased to people who were in good books. Work quality doesn't matter rather who you please matters the most.
