Worst company i have ever seen in my life... They treat employees like servant... Boss dont know how to talk with employees at the same time. He never gives document to employees like appointment letter on time.. He is known for not giving incentives to the hard working people who have contributed to the growth of his company

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
