It has been a productive and learning experience so far and I am seeing the improvements myself. I work for a small well put together team of talented minds which is hard to find. It's not a secret that professionals works overtime when it comes to a Startup. It sure is exhausting sometimes which is why it's very significant to keep ourselves motivated.

Work Details

My job is to make sure the product is functioning as it was intended without any malfunctions. I also make sure the quality of the product is uncompromising.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
