It is great place to work, Employee's are very friendly and helpful. There is no pressure that u have to do this today only, U will motivated to take your time and deliver best. Work Life Balance is very good.

Dislikes

Deadline are not very strict I feel this is not very good, hope in future I will be slightly strict.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting ! Initially i struggled as i was not having any training experience but mentors were very helpful and it took just 15 days to adapt to the environment.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
