Working setup for a design engineer is too good, space and system they provide is comfortable. Good with working hours and breaks. Salary hike is not so good, you can't expect them to pay you well even if you outperform every other employees. They will treat all as same. So try to get more hike at the time of joining. (This is specifically for India branch which is a support team for clients)

Dislikes

There is too little or none learning if you expect you will get from other people, if you are a self learner then you will get to see all the resources available in their website hub which is only accessible to their employees. They deal with top notch clients, you name it. (This review is for India branch)

Office atmosphere is pleasant and clam. Few leaders are helpful in nature others making us feel worthless.

Dislikes

1.Need to work on all Saturdays while project handling time. 2. No balancing of work and personal life, if your married they make us to get divorced soon. 3. Increment - word u should not ask inside office, they fix a amount based on performance with manager's wishing 4. No encouragement 5. No job security kick out anytime
