There is a lot of politics in management. Some staff members are too much caring and supportive, but some plays religious and favour politics..

Company culture is good. Working atmosphere is good. Work stress is low. But job security is not good. In covid19 situation company gave only pay working period.

Dislikes

Career growth is very low. In covid 19 situation combat not give salary in lock down period. After the lock down company remove the employee excuse process is ramp down. In this step of company more over employees unemployed.

The environment . Everybody , be it even the CEO of the company , has a very helpful nature when it comes to solving problems at individual level. They never say " No " to help . I have been working with them since more than 3 years as of now and am really happy with the work culture , ethics and friendly nature of my colleagues.

Dislikes

Inspite of the lovely environment , there are still some small scale politics the run in the back stage of the picture, which makes the employees unhappy. Also , the technical growth in the company is limited due to the kind of tech stack they have been using
