Hierarchy is not following . HOD’S only getting promotion with huge gap in Levels/ Grades w.r.t their teams. Promotions not on time. HOD’s not listening to team members for any work relates ideas and imposing their decisions. Not celebrating achievement’s.

The core values of company is Trust, For one another, Freedom to act which is reflected aptly in the business environment at Continental. However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. Overall a good organisation to work for.

Dislikes

Some bad decisions by top management and indifferent attitude towards feedback from employees. No salary benchmarking in recent times.

Very good organization for freshers. Can learn many things. If good projects were alloted, then he/she will shine very well.

Dislikes

Few managers are doing politics. As this is everywhere, we can't do anything. Instead of supporting other departments, better to work on same department which will help to gain scope of work, merits, rewards and more.

Working at continental has been a roller coaster of uncertainty due to the lack of job security.and ineffective management.Constant changes in direction and unclear communications make it challenging to feel confident in ur role. It was really very unimaginable when I got see such. Currently 150+ yrs old company is running in loss and there is no such job security even if ur working as an internal or an external. Top Management plagued by Bosch Management. I believe in Conti and believe in mission of AN but don’t believe in PL4. The new boss has made the PL as his personal playground and ruined the good culture. Once a collaborative team is now backstabbing and playing pure politics.
