Your Tasks:
- Oversee Statutory compliance / payroll compliance (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly).
- Oversee Labour compliance (S&E, CLRA, & Factories) (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly).
- Conduct PF helpdesk for Continental employees addressing queries for Provident related queries and grievance.
- Knowledge of payroll processing & time and attendance is an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and work closely with the global stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a large complex organization in a challenging environment and managing teams through changes.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential company/ employee information with professionalism.
- Customer focus & result oriented
- Solutions driven, very good negotiation skills, planning and organizing skills
- Structured working approach, ability to work under pressure and stringent deadlines
- Experience in working in a Shared Services Environment will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other HR-related software
Your Profile:
- Masters degree in Human Resources / MSW from a recognized University
