Roles and responsibilities:
- To handle various responsibilities in HR such as Onboarding , HRMIS , Payroll inputs , Statutory
- Compliances of Projects , AOP, MIS, HR Operations smoothly and improvise as per the requirement.
- HRBP Role for approx. 100 employees of ALD based at HYD including stakeholder management
- Coordinate and own Training Needs Identification and Trainings Coordination
Payroll Management:
- Share Payroll Inputs for entire ALD with Payroll Team as per SLA agreed with SSC
Statutory Compliances:
- Responsible for end to end HR Compliance of all ALD Projects at HYD
HRBP:
- Stakeholder Management and act as advisor on HR Issues
- Employee Query Resolution
- Grievance Management
- Employee Life Cycle Management including Onboarding & Exit
HR AOP:
- Prepare HR AOP as per guidelines.
- Track Budgeted vs Actuals
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of total work experience
- Full time education
