Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Module in SuccessFactors:
- Manage, optimize, and customize the RCM module in SuccessFactors to enhance recruitment workflows, from job requisition creation to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the system is configured to meet organizational needs, including integration with other HR tools and third-party applications.
- Regularly assess data integrity, generate reports, and provide insights on recruitment performance, trends, and metrics to key stakeholders.
Collaboration with HR Automation Team:
- Partner with the HR Automation team to identify, design, and implement automated workflows within the recruitment process to reduce manual tasks and improve recruiter efficiency.
- Continuously improve automation strategies to enhance the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and recruiters.
Governance and Compliance:
- Work on SoPs for all recruitment process in collaboration with the respective function Talent Acquisition team
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, and SoPs
- Lead and coordinate Talent Acquisition audits to ensure compliance with internal processes & policies.
Projects:
- Bulk Hiring: Work on automation initiatives specially designed for bulk hiring
Social Media Management:
- Monitor and address fraudulent job postings and fake jobs on social media platforms and plan interventions
- Collaborate with Talent acquisition team to manage all recruitment communication
Career Website Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain an engaging, informative, and user-friendly career website to attract top talent and improve the overall candidate experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education Qualification: Education in Human Resources preferred
- Experience: Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Automation/Technology, or HR process optimization preferred
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including HR teams, Digital, hiring managers, and external vendors.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and assess the effectiveness of new tools, systems, and processes.
