Flexible timing
Manage contractual workforce:
- Manage contractual workforce (OTP) for 750 + employees for Business
Hiring:
- Closely coordinate with internal team to ensure hiring quality & TAT
- Hire replacement for identified roles (sales & service executives, RM, BRC etc.)
- Document interview feedback, reference checks for new joinees
- Ensure continuous review and escalation management (Interview process, negotiation & hike %, Offer letter rollout, documentation
Onboarding & lifecycle management:
- Manage onboarding, orientation, system tagging, asset allocation, salary processing
- Manage employee queries on HR portal, reimbursements, policy decisions
- Manage performance cycle, identify high performers. Manage increments and payouts.
- Ensure process robustness, governance and highlight red flags (e.g. misconduct, termination etc.)
- Manage data for contractual employees, compensation, incentive payouts, attendance etc for reviews
- Support in invoice processing in a timely manner (business & finance coordination) for all MIBS, hiring & ESG vendor payments
Manage permanent workforce:
Compliance :
- Accountable for ensure all people related compliances like PF, EPS, NPS etc. (Including- organizing awareness session, coordinating with Social security cell for EPFO related queries/ escalations, coordinating with NPS authorities for transfer of PRAN etc , signing and maintaining legal records related to the same, and answering employee queries)
Audits :
- Manage end to end audits from an HR perspective - internal (CMS, E&S) as well as external (ESG audit as per ESAP, stat audit with F&A, along with sharing data, supporting evidences, inputs on observations and course corrections
