About this role:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR structures, lead recruitment, and foster culture to support the Vijay Groups growth objectives. Your role will ensure that recruitment directly contributes to our growth by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. You will report directly to the directors, lead a team of HR and administrators, and work closely with the management to attract, develop, and retain top talent and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead both technical & non-technical recruitment efforts specifically tailored to the manufacturing industry

- Develop and implement a KPI driven performance-based incentive structure to motivate our workforce while aligning with the company's goals

- Strategic workforce planning and staff allocation

- Create job descriptions for each role across all departments, accurately reflecting responsibilities and required qualifications.

- Design and establish hiring processes for each department, streamlining recruitment process keeping in mind

- Build a performance review system to support employee growth and development

- Oversee employee and industrial relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees

- Establish yourself as a strategic partner to the business with the ability to share data-driven insights with management

- Develop and oversee training & development programs across departments, drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration

Qualifications:

- Should have a graduate degree and is a specialist in the field with a minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years scaling up teams

- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies & policies, training programs, and initiatives that drive organizational success

- Proficiency with software and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, IIM jobs, IIT jobs, Naukri, Outlook, Microsoft 365, etc)

- English and Hindi fluency.
