Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Management:
- Align manpower planning with business goals using data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
- Optimize recruitment processes with AI-based tools for sourcing and screening talent.
- Conduct job analysis and create data-backed job descriptions for key roles.
HR Analytics and Technology Integration:
- Implement HR analytics tools to monitor workforce trends, performance metrics, and attrition patterns.
- Leverage AI-powered solutions for employee engagement, learning, and talent acquisition.
- Drive the adoption of IT-enabled tools to streamline HR operations such as attendance, payroll, and performance tracking.
- Create dashboards and reports for real-time insights to support strategic decision-making.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and design AI-assisted personalized learning programs.
- Develop and execute digital learning platforms and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data analytics and address improvement areas.
Performance and Talent Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems integrated with analytics for objective assessments.
- Implement tools to track individual and team performance against key business metrics.
- Develop AI-enabled frameworks for succession planning and identifying high-potential employees.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
- Use analytics to assess employee satisfaction and design targeted engagement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation through digital engagement platforms.
- Conduct employee opinion surveys and use insights for actionable improvements.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws through IT-enabled monitoring systems.
- Develop and update policies with a focus on data privacy and cybersecurity in HR operations.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Use data analytics to design competitive compensation structures.
- Implement AI-based tools for compensation benchmarking and benefits management.
Strategic Initiatives and Change Management:
- Lead HR transformation projects using digital tools and AI for process optimization.
- Drive cultural transformation and manage organizational change initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing insights from HR data and analytics.
HR Operations and Database Management:
- Maintain and enhance HR information systems (HRIS) for operational efficiency.
- Automate repetitive HR processes to save time and improve accuracy.
- Manage centralized databases to ensure consistency and reliability of employee information.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in HR Analytics, AI, and IT-enabled HR tools.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, performance management, and compliance.
