Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Lead and manage the HR and Administration function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate standards and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic direction on talent acquisition, retention, and development to support business growth.
Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction:
- Design and execute strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent across all levels.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction process for new hires, fostering a positive employee experience from day one.
- Build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
Talent Management & Development:
- Implement performance management systems to identify, assess, and develop high-performing employees.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
- Monitor employee engagement levels and design interventions to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Legal Compliance & Government Liaison:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with government agencies for regulatory and compliance matters.
- Oversee timely submission of all necessary documentation and compliance reports.
Time Office & Payroll Management:
- Oversee attendance and timekeeping systems to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Manage the payroll function, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursements.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
MIS Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present HR-related Management Information System (MIS) reports to leadership.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance workforce performance.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and satisfaction.
- Promote a workplace culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):
- Collaborate with EHS teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement health and safety protocols to minimize workplace risks.
- Conduct regular audits and training programs to promote awareness and compliance with EHS standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll management and HR software systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with EHS standards and practices is a plus.
