Role & responsibilities

• To develop people towards safety to prevent injury in the plant
• To monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence of safety norms.
• To organize monthly departmental audits for all the plants in order to ensure safe practices & environment for the Employees
• To conduct the plant safety inspection/safety patrol throughout the plant to ensure to identify/minimize the unsafe acts /condition
• To coordinate with MI and close findings
• To prepare the safety manual and update on frequent intervals in order to ensure the correct safety standard
• To prepare AOP and MTP
• To analyze variance in manpower, recruitment, training & QC circle cost.
• To monitor all statutory complaince and timely updation of necessary documents as per requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of HR Tools, Plant Safety, Budgeting, Labour laws, Taxation.
• MBA / MSW with HR specialisation
