Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all HR matters.
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Lead national talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles.
- Implement initiatives to retain key talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position NephroPlus as an employer of choice.
Organizational Development & Culture:
- Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with NephroPlus' values and mission.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive cultural transformation across locations.
- Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Performance Management & Leadership Development:
- Oversee the performance management process, linking it to business outcomes.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs to build internal capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Need to run the timely payroll on MoM basis
- Strictly adhere the TAT on monthly payroll
- Ensure fair and equitable pay practices across all levels of the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including policies, procedures, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all locations.
- Implement HR technologies and systems to streamline processes and reporting.
Employee Relations & Well-being:
- Act as a custodian of employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee health, safety, and well-being.
HR Analytics & Insights:
- Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes.
- Present key HR metrics and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
- Need to conduct quarterly/half yearly employee survey
Job Specification:
- 10 to 12 years of experience
- Knowledge of HRMS is a must
- Analytics skills is a must
- Should be able to handle diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
- Should have dealt with employee base of minimum 3000+
