Nothing much. Lot's of standardization but people actually don't know what these are for.

Dislikes

1. Work culture - Terrible, politics is there. Coworkers are very mean and don't respond promptly but expect from you to be responding within a blink of eyes. Don't take responsibility for their work. 2. Timing - for different locations, different timings. They don't follow one rule for all plant. 3. Work lif Balance - lower than average, people and specially management expects you to be available all the time even if you're sick/on leave/in home. 4. HR - don't even allow people to do something freely. Nonsense rules for things , like you can't wear without collar dress even if round neck , can't sit outside canteen after lunch , can't click photo/video inside plant and post online(no technical or data related things revealed in video though ), but they themselves are posting everything they are doing here on social media 5. Works - They ask for tons of kaizens to provide each month as if nothing is right here. , lot's of standardization but for silly things , no one care about the major problems , old employees don't accept new comers from the bottom of heart. And top management is worse. 6. Language -kannadigas think that Karnataka belongs to them only as if they don't go outside for job or studies .... They expect you to learn kannada and talk to them. Most of the people have generational wealth so they don't care about spending and expect the same from others , do not understand other's situation especially native of Bangalore....Read More

You won't learn anything, AUTOLIV india is just like some drawing supplier, you won't even learn CAD skills, You don't need any skill to work here, if you know how to create the drawing it's enough, AUTOLIV doens't care much about your previous experience, in interview they will ask about full design concepts but in reality they don't give shit about what you know, they simply destroy your career by not giving any projects they make you to work on drawing which doesn't helps you to grow in career, If they have only drawing works why they need to hire a CATIA surface designer, why they ask about plastic design concepts in interview, If you question them they simply throw you in different team 🤬 Why they don't hire a draftsmans if they have only drawing works If you want to become draftsman rather than CAD ENGINEER OR DESIGN ENGINNER,and if you want to loose the CATIA SURFACE Skills you can join this company....Read More
