No one is there to support us , all hods only ask questions ..they don't support us in improving the system...lot of expectations from middle management and working pressure is very high.no man power to support

Poor insurance benefits, salaries are not as per market standard, office is very far from the city, poor increments, don't have retention policy, frequent change in HR policies which are against to employees, presently no on-site opportunity because of poor management. Pinch penny nature.

India's no 1 Very low salary company , the company is good , but they won't allow good people to grow , I have worked so many companies in Bangalore , but this is the one of worst low salary I saw , they won't allow you to sit or rest for a minutes ...
