Manegement is very third class and also canteen, toilet, There is not a single person in the company who can handle his work. And we all are dependent on Him alone In your company, if there is a person who is needed in the field, then he is not found, he is your relative or your friend and he keeps harassing the other workers.

Nothing left to like in Tenneco.. Perhaps all looking for downfall of the company in short time.. Such a foolish game the top management is doing by removing all important pillars of the company..

No job security. Worst company culture.. Work quality deteriorated back 10-15 years back compared to outside marked.. No skill development.. Zero work satisfaction

Bawal tenneco staff is not supportive. I gived 10 year my life to tenneco and after that my one mistake they terminate me without any discussion.
