Indians working in JTEKT bearings Quality assurance department like Manager yogesh bharti assistant manager Jitender singh they think like they own the company. No support at all for leaves even after you work 12 hours shift for a week. Can change your department and workplace without any reason.

One of the worst company I've work ever in terms if pramotion. U can realise what actually gender discrimination and what gender biasness is. JTEKT is heaven for girls only. Girls are promoted only on physical parameters boys have to pay either a huge amount or do buttering of their bosses to get promoted.
