Management, No Work Life Balance, Poor Management, No Funds for Skill Developement, Only weightage given to new joiner till 1 year for giving assurity of good company but there is many flaws in management. Company declared massive layoff in 2025 this year. reason is that budget is not available. company declared change in incrementcycle changing to July to June. also the incremenmt will be 2% for all commonly. another side company made huge investment in new premises interior to match it with Germany Style look. which is always from MD's mouth. Other is manager don't fight to bring projects or show potentials of Indian Engineers. European people disregards to Indian Employees but manager even do not take any action. Persoanlly the people joined in lockdown with lucritive salary & project projection are badly trapped. company just gave high increment once after joining. there are no budgest for training or skill developemt. what they do ? they do online webinar which doe not make value addition of career profile. NO Work Satisfaction at all. Company culture is brutally damaged because of management decisions. Thats why they are going to layoff over 700 people out of 1000 headcount. The globle management have taken decison to shift KBTCI to Chennai location only for taking new management. which is totally horrible for entry level, medium level employees....Read More

1) There are very few career growth opportunities available. 2) Managers do not take a developmental approach; they tend to favour certain individuals.
