HR is not skilled . They give don't know anything about job not they have defined JD and just tell you we will train you so we are offering less salary while you have to work from scratch without any knowledge build your foundation and they think we are doing basic and don't have standard promotion . I think HR are not well educated in field

Nothing much to be liked about company except I am getting good salary.

1) No promotion & very average appraisal 2) Location - It is work from office and location makes it very difficult to commute. Can facility is also available for selected location. 3) Work life balance is 0 4) No facilities for the employee - canteen food is very bad, no microwave, canteens have very bad tastes & no fresh items.
