The organizational structure for the tool design service is currently problematic, as it is heavily dependent on a single individual. This person is the primary contact for management and essentially runs the organization as if it were his own. He enjoys a hybrid work model and good work-life balance, while other employees are treated unfairly. The head of the tool design service, having little work to do, frequently monitors employees' Skype statuses. Even driven by rules and be a global supplier, In India specially in Takve Badruk Pune SAI plant. Management and thiere decision are worst. No job security, even one of my colleague, stopped at gate in morning shift without any pre information or warnings. High and high attrition rate in each department. No respect and ownership.

Worst culture, always keep NPD, was thinking about what are likes about this company, so I found two, 1) water facility. 2) salary credited date 31St. Otherwise no any additional facilities.

Dislikes

Talegaon plant's top management ran off, also more projects are taking without any completion full proof, no satisfaction no any work life balance, whole machinery was taken from scratch and assembled and started producing, lot of issues.
