They hire Graduates/Engineers specifically for the job which a school student can also do. They also don't appreciate your work or your performance. Not worth joining for this role. Also in these role they will give you huge target which takes at least 10hrs to complete without taking any kind of breaks, and they expect from you to do this task within 9hrs timeline with break included which is highly impossible. So overtime is on daily basis over here. Also in offer letter they will mention as 5 days working but in actually you have to work for alternate Saturdays. Pay Comes on time but its too less as they make you work 10 plus hours a day and for that much of time you will get 10800rs/month to be very accurate, also do not expect hike or appreciation over your performance. Disappointing thing is even when you give more than 100% of your blood and sweat for this company and even if your performance is top notch, they will mark you as Satisfactory performance when you get your reliving letter.
